fire and life safety

If you discover a fire, please remember to remain calm and follow the instructions below:

1. Call 911 to notify the Chicago Fire Department from a safe location and provide the following information:
   • Address
   • Location of fire
   • Your name
2. Evacuate or relocate and assist others, if possible.
3. Do not use elevators. Use the emergency stairwells and close all doors behind you.
   Evacuation maps are posted on every floor.
4. Do not attempt to re-enter the Building until advised by the Chicago Fire Department.
5. Notify the Management Office at 312.222.0777.
