vendor insurance requirements

At no time may a vendor be allowed onsite without a valid Certificate of Insurance on file. Prior to the visitation or commencement of any work, we encourage you to check with our Building Management Team as to whether a Certificate of Insurance is on file or vendor access will be denied. Certificates can be emailed to cminsurance@urbaninnovations.com.

The following lists a quick reference of the minimum coverage requirements for vendors:

  • Certificate Holder: Urban Innovations, Ltd. 445 N. Wells, Suite 200, Chicago, IL 60654
  • General Liability Insurance (each occurrence): $2,000,000
  • Automobile Liability Insurance: $1,000,000
  • Umbrella Liability Insurance (each occurrence): $3,000,000
  • Workers Compensation and Employer’s Liability Insurance: $500,000
  • Additional Insureds: Wells Hubbard Limited Partnership (Owner) and Urban Innovations, Ltd. (Property Management) are listed as Additional Insureds with respect to the General and Umbrella Liability coverages referenced above on a primary and non-contributory basis as their financial interests may appear.
